The Historic Thayer Hotel sits just outside the gates of West Point, overlooking the Hudson River, and is our recommended place to stay for the summit. As the Preferred Hotel of Army West Point Athletics, the Thayer offers more than 100 elegant guest rooms and 20+ suites with full modern amenities in a setting steeped in history. Our room block is held here for the summit weekend.

Wednesday, December 16 at The Thayer — a thank-you breakfast for everyone who joined us at West Point.
Group transportation
We’ll shuttle guests staying at The Thayer to the summit venue as a group each morning to keep the West Point security checkpoint quick and easy for everyone.
